Shortbread
2 sticks butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. almond extract
2 cups flour
Prick dough with a fork and top with sparkling sugar.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour in 9" round pan. Invert and immediately cut into triangles.
