Pound Cake


Oh a good pound cake . . . especially one with a crunchy, buttery crust. This recipe is a keeper.

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 cups softened butter
1/2 cup milk
1 t. vanilla
1 t. almond extract
6 eggs

350 for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Kitchen Aid recipe.
