1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pepper
2 medium tomatoes
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 t. dried basil
1/2 t. dried thyme
1.5 cups shredded mozarella cheese
1 beaten egg
Mix and fill pizza dough like turnovers. Bush with egg and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
