Wolfgang just doesn't disappoint. We timed our reservation with the sunset and the view was amazing. We had the best table there.

The menu was all about local flavors . . . from local produce to fish. These were all hard decisions. I settled on the baby beet and goat cheese salad. Fantastic.

What followed was crazy out-of-this-world excellent. When your plate is served and you're paralyzed from the aroma alone, you know you've made the right choice. Pineapple Red Thai Curry with Onaga, Shrimp and Scallop. It was spectacular. The flavors were a combination of coconut, kaffir lime, Thai basil, snap peas and green papaya salad. And now I don't even know what to say. I love Hawaii. Everything about it has been remarkable so far . . . and it's only Monday.
